That's ridiculous.  They may as well put in a still
camera for all the good 1 FPS will do them.

Until there's an event.  When they try to see what
happened and all they get is three blurry frames
of "someone" moving across the field of view, they'll
start looking for a new source of CCTV equipment.
Many of them look online, so thanks.
