Just tell ADT how old you are and they will drop the case. They know
the judgement could take 5 years or so to come to fruition and someone
of your advanced age is more than likely to be dumping in diapers and
dribbling on a bib by then.

Horseshit! They really can't do diddly dick to you or Jim. It doesn't
mean you're not wrong for unlocking boards. It just means the burden
of proof is on them. How can they honestly prove that you've ever
unlocked a board, sold a manual, rented a programmer, or hacked their
software unless you confess? How can they prove your website wasn't
hacked which resulted in that information being posted? They can't!
They can only assume.
Another thing to consider is whether the judgement they obtain is
enforceable in your state....... It's NOT! Only Federal judgements
cross state lines. Any dime store lawyer can handle that for you.
There's a million ways out of it but only one way into it. I wouldn't
even acknowledge the correspondence from them.

And you should know about David beating Goliath because you had
ringside seats ya old fucking canuck. You'd be lost without me RHC.
Are you sure you're not a Newfie?
