add cancel to the list of definitions in the alarm setup.  whew, that was
hard.

yea I guess you're right.  who needs a bleedin cancel signal anyway. and
screw the constabulary, they are probably just eating donuts anyway, right.
a few false alarms are good exersize, heh.
