I'm a Paradox dealer.  I checked online and didn't see the manual on their
website www.paradox.ca.  Unless I missed something it's just not there.  If
you don't find it online first, call me tomorrow and I'll ask my rep to send
you the manual.

You're correct that most manufacturers won't give direct support to
consumers but protecting dealers is only one of the reasons.  Another is
that they don't have enough staff to handle questions from thousands of
consumers.
