According to GE Tech - not the phone support, but an actual tech at a
trade show - the panel can only supply a max of 700ma, not the lie in
the manual that says 1A.

GE literature claims 2.5A, but I'm sure 2A is closer to reality. Never
asked the tech when I had a chance.
