Permits??  Someone mentioned pulling a *permit*???  It's amazing the
stuff you can find on a public server on the Internet, isn't it??
Around here, doing that kind of work without a building permit is liable
to land you in some very warm water (and by that, I mean warmer than the
water in Robert's pool)...
