Thanks for posting correction on NY Law: One note:
Dealer ALSO has the option of either: Certified Mail renewal OR
PERSONAL HAND DELIVERY TO SUBSCRIBER! Bet most scum-o-the-earth don't
want a face to face meeting with an irate customer!
