RLBs fragile ego won't allow him to filter anyone, he will ignore, but not
filter
someone until he thinks he can score a point against them and then he will
respond.

On a side note I claim the dubious honour of being the first person in this
group that RLB claimed to have filtered back in 1998  what a hoot.
