Wall Mount Outdoor Dome Camera

Looking for suggestions for a good, but affordable, outdoor, wall
mounted, color dome camera setup. Camera should be a fixed, day
color/night bw, at least 480 lines resolution that can be pointed, with
adjustable focus. Intended for outdoor commercial location looking down
the side of the building. The key is that it has to be wall mounted on
an arm type bracket.

Would like to keep the cost under $750.00, and closer to $500 if
possible. I know this doesn't buy much, but this is the budget I've
been given.
