What you need is a couple of months in Brazil, Bob.  I just got back and I'm
down 18 pounds -- from 225 to 207.  That was even with us eating out at fine
restaurants almost every day.  It's amazing how easily you can lose weight
if you don't keep snacks (like Jelly Beans) around the house.  :^)
