Wow, mee too!
I guess that's another way of making up for low profit margin on cheap
installs.
And they charge for service on a *new* install?...I wonder how new?
I don't charge for service on a new system for the first year..no matter how
many times I have to go out (hardly ever) - unless of course they want to
add devices/detection.
