Well,  I tried on 3 separate occasions with 800-ADT-ASAP -- each person
said the same thing, no remote programming.  We send out a tech to fix
it -- $102 bucks.

Fortunately, this is a new install with a problem; the panel chirps
when the alarm is tested, but not the horn itself.  They have to come
out to fix that (for free), and I'll get them to deprogram it at the
same time.
