Is it any wonder they have trouble reaching him for "tech-support"??? If we
are to believe he sells 1.5 million a year in product and if the average DIY
system is around $350.00 that's 4200 systems a year which is 11 systems a
day. Robert says he can teach his DIY clients to install and program a
system "in about an hour on the phone". That's 11 hours a day. Now he says
it takes him about 2 hours of phone support for each client... Ummmm... I
don't think so...
