If I were to wire that house:
3 kpds: Garage Entry, FD, MBR
2 pirs: Lower level for best coverag
1 GB: MBR
All exterior operable doors/windows contacted excluding OHDs.

Options:
GB @ Flex RM
GB @ Kitchen/Fam Rm (one will cover both areas.
3 smokes (2 up 1 down)

That's pretty much my standard "builder-prewire" package.
