ahhh .. anyway, yeah i did put it in a different socket with an
extension cord,. and it worked fine last night. so they have to get a
new socket hooked up off the breaker for me on that same line ..

they just kept saying that there was no problem with the socket it was
in, as all their cable modem, fax, etc is on that socket ..i guess now
they know .. :-)
