Same thing happened to me. During a break, I walked into the men's room, the
urinals were occupied by my attorney and the  opposing attorney. They didn't
see me come in as their backs were turned. I went into a stall. They were
using my case to settle another case they were involved in. As my attorney
turned away from the urinal and he saw me, he only heard that which is so
popular in todays reality TV show, "Your Fired". He never sent me a bill for
the work he had done.
