Im still not saying any thing because once she said the words it can be
brought back up at any point. she screwed her own self .
The whole intent is if the first case would fail against the manufactuer
defect that caused the fire that she would then turn around and try to
subrogate against me .
why would i give her anything to work with.
Im contacting local bar assoc{im not talking about drinking establishments
robert:}  and filing complaint against her .
She made the statement and every one heard it how can any jury be expcted to
take my testimony seriously since the allegation was made. She shot here
self in her own foot.
