It's been quite a while since I sold a Maxsys so yer, that is correct.  I
don't know its programming by heart.  However, no one has yet answered
whether the OP programmed the CID report codes at all.  If not and if it's
like the Power832 then advice to replace a receiver which costs several
thousand dollars seems pretty poor.
