Re: DSC Maxsys PC 4020 Reporting probs.



When you program the report codes, you must use the proper contact id 2
digit report code.  Unlike ademco where you can put anything but zero.  I
would also recomend putting the letter A in place of each 0 in your account
number. an example would be 3a45 instead of 3045.  I have seen this hold up
reporting on a 685 because it dont see the proper account number.
