I personally don't place any value on a piece of paper other than the
requisite Provincial License.  I look at the individual's overall
experience, work ethic and reputation.  We also have an exam prospective
employees have to complete that tests their general knowledge as well as
some specifics.  After all that, if they can  drink the coffee without
gagging, they're "in".  :-))
