This is confusing me...  Is the monitor instanciating a listener from
the xPLLib but sending out its own hbeats ?  Normally the hbeat stuff
is handled by xPLLib itself.
The XplMsg.Send method is called with an invalid endpoint it seems ?

I really cannot help as I do not have the code... sorry.
