Dont know much about the Slimp3 as i use the Exstreamer and to use
the Exstreamer i need to use xPLMedianet ( Now known as
Medianet) ....Have a peek here.......

The controller and the hub are both running. Maybe the slim server
isn't equipped to interface as they claim it does. There is no
reference to it at all on the slim devices forum. I'll wait and see
if anyone can interpret
that error message. Thanks very much for your help and interest.

Im using Windows XP Home edition ......
.
Click on control panel , then click on Administrative Tools , then
click on Services....go to the bottom
and it should be there...also you should have xPLHUB running .....

Sorry doesnt mean anything to me .....One of the developers would
have to help here...since most are UK based it will be a while
before they can respond....
Have you updated the plugins ?? Look under " help"
Is the xPLHAL service running ok ??
