Hi Tony,

I created all the graphic components in photoshop. The buttons are
basically just rounded rectangles with a blue to white vertical
gradient a smaller white to transparent gradient rounded rectangle in
the top half then a darker 1 pixel outline with a faint drop shadow.

For the touched or mouseover states i just desaturated the buttons
(grayscaled). I then cut out each part and saved them as png's to
preserve the transparent areas around the edges of the buttons. Then
for the actual application i just rerendered them in delphi as custom
button objects.
