Hi Glen
I had similiar issues when sending FirM commands to Homevision
in my case i had incorrect message structure.......

Would try what Bob suggests ..ie restarting xPL-Hvision..if that  doesnt
fix
it copy and paste the message from xPL Monitor and post it in an email to
the list so we can look at it...
