There's bound to be some tweaks to help this. What is the current bit
rate threshold before you get skips? Does it help if it's ripped in
VBR? If I am going to re-rip anything, I'd like to know this before I
start. Call me crazy, but I can hear a difference in quality on most
modern music that's been designed for a digital world. Older stuff,
it doesn't matter 192 or 256, but newer recordings and classical need
the bits.
