Transcoding (was Re: xPLRioNet - A Challenge)

Tim,

I put lame.exe over in ...\helpers but it's not working for me. The
Rio does initialize now but when I try to play a folder that is full
of skippies, it just spins through the files displaying them on the
screen. What did you find?
