Help with xPLRioNet web interface?

Hi, all. I am fooling around with a redesign of the web interface
for the latest version of xPLRioNet and have run into a couple of
problems. I'm hoping that someone who is smarter about html/xml
(which pretty much narrows it down to everyone on this forum) could
take a look at the following page, which has some screenshots, and
offer some advice:

Mostly what I've done is copy and paste code from the original
rio.html into a fairly simple new layout. The first page loads and
functions fairly well (with one formatting problem which you'll
see). However, any time I click on one of the "sorting" links
(e.g.,
Album, Artist, Track, Genre, Jukebox) things break pretty badly. I'd
really appreciate a pointer from someone else who has tried this.
