xPLRioNet Status Update

Hi all,
Testing of the latest version of xPLRioNet is going ok so far, with no
reported skipping on the Rio's to date.
Have a couple of minor issues to sort before the next release, but
hopefully
this will be at the weekend.
A big thanks to John B for recoding the Tar file routine to improve it (and
sort issues with w2k)
Also a big thanks to Paul Noffke for consenting to the use of Riot with
xPLRioNet
I'm not overly happy with the delay in TTS, but I'll look at this again
when
I get around to re-instating Synchronisation.
