xPLHAL Plugin for vendor cdp1802

Howdy,
I've setup a URL to host the xPLHAL plugin for projects I develop.
Right=20
now, it only holds the RGBLED plugin info, but I'll be fleshing it out
with=
=20
more items soon.

Can this be added to the list of plugins that can automatically=20
downloaded/installed by xPLHAL?
