Determinator Conditions

Hi All
Have just tried creating a determinator (Action Only) which will
turn on my sons bedroom light to wake him up . To trigger this i have
created an recurring event.....
The Determinator wouldnt run even executing it manually unless i program a
condition , in this case i used a hv output trigger and it works....No xpl
messages being displayed in the monitor when i manually trigger the
Determinator..I have created an Actions only Determinator for my osd time
so
it does work with actions only ....any ideas ????
