I have just loaded up xml_HAL and found it easy to get started using the
determinators and x10. I have a couple of questions.

When I define an X10 device should I use that device name within a
determinator (I currently use the address A2 etc) if not what purpose does
the device name have?

Is there a simple way of being able to get a similar view to xml_HAL on an
intranet site where one can control a device or event via a web tablet like
the Fuji 510?

I also fancied seeing how I could expand my repertoire (given how limited
it
is) with the news headlines to see if I could pick them up and then display
them on a screen. However I am not sure really where to start? I cut and
pasted the news script into a script called newsround in the user area but
how do I make it do anything?
