Just checked mine, it's only been up and running since last nights update,
but it's at 0% usage.

This rules out the 'idle' processes as the cause.

Almost certainly this is a case of a thread(s) not exiting when they
should,
or else a bug causing one of the threads to go mad...

Can you advise more details. E.g. does it only happen after certain usage,
or a certain timescale or something?

Can you also confirm youre on the latest verison?
