Strange I did the same thing last night after getting annoyed with Radio 1
and Namone in the morning. I have a selection of tracks but they haven't
been levelled so some are louder than others.

The fix, well I just pick up the playing message from the Rio and send a
command=volume 30 to adjust it based on track name. It's worth sending a
volume command as part of your morning messages to ensure you haven't left
it on quiet or worse been thrashing around with it on full.
