I am using the transcoding on mp3s at 320kbs and it works fine for me. I
changed the rate to 192Kbs. Do you have anything else going on on your
PC at the time that could hog cpu cycles? Also, I have found when I have
strange things happen with RioNet I restart the service and it seems to
clear things up. I have had problems with the RioNet service going crazy
and gobbling up memory. A restart of the service and all is well.
