xPLHal probably remembers the config details sent by the original version
of
the program.  You need to get the new W800 service into config mode, and
the
way to do that is to delete its saved state from the registry.

If you delete everything under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\xPL\Mal, then
restart the service, it won't be able to load its saved state and will go
into config mode, with the new option available.
