I just started using the software, and am having the same problem on
two out of two recievers.  Looking at the network status, I'm nowhere
near saturating the link, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
Nothing's showing up in the Event logs after the "Service is
Successfully Started" message.  The server's also got plenty of CPU
time, so I'm stumped.
