Re: Event Problem

Hi Frank,

Strange you should mention this one now, as I only found it myself last
week, and there should be an updated version of xPLHal out some time next
week with the fix included.

I'm guessing that you're using 12-hour clock display, rather than 24-hour?

If so, this is the problem.
The manager expects the first 2 digits of the time to be the hour, i.e.
05:00, 13:30, 21:15 etc.
However when you're using 12 hour format, the leading zero isn't present,
so it's fine for things like 14:00, but not for anything before 12:00, as
you end up with times like 6:15, causing the manager to think the hour
portion is "6:", which is not a valid number.

The solution is to ensure that all transmissions between server and client
use a standardised date format, and don't rely on the settings of the
computer that's running xPLHal.

Regards,

John
