The xplrionet server software has a built-in hub :-)

The main thing to do is edit the xplrionet.xml file (with notepad) and
change the server ip to the ip of the pc it is installed on.
You then need to edit scanner.xml with notepad and set the base path where
your music is stored
Then start the service.

Use xplhal manager app to set an instance for the server (it's an xpl
device
in it's own right)

Then open IE and goto http://<ip of xplrionet pc>:8080

Select scan now, and when the music is scanned youre ready to go

The pc _must_ have windows media player 9 installed

Just install the package, ensure xplrionet is running on another pc, and
start the service.

Use xplhal manager app to set an instance to the rio client

The client isn't in itself xPL, it's a dumb client like the rio/exstreamer.
So no hub needed for this.

Go back to IE and goto http://<ip of xplrionet pc>:8080 and on the
left you
should now see the instance name of the client, click the link and you will
hopefully be up and running!

Regards
Tony
