saw this exact problem yesterday. after shutting down the service &amp;
restarting it &amp; editing the clients list to fix a dhcp assignment
which gave the same ip address to 2 boxes, i got all 5 of my units up.

i have also seen a problem where if i shut down the service, some of
my rios totally lock up. the screen is blank like they're off but
they can't be powered on unless the plug is pulled.
