It's the best location for capturing the sbs dhcp packets, but don't blame
me if...

It would help from the none dhcp side of things, as everything else after
dhcp is related to this.

Probably worth trying it on there first, as it might pick up the dhcp
packet
and save having to put it on sbs

(also the winp_cap is a network capture driver, which may not be 2003
compatible give the restrictions in 2003)
