Hi Gary,
Have not been able to reproduce your exact problem, but I have had problems
running the exe.
Have just published an xplhalexe installer on the xplhal/download page at
www.xplhal.com
Download/unzip/and run the MSI file
If you don't have msscript.ocx on the laptop/pc then you'll need to firstly
download and install it from ms website (I've put a link on the same page).
I've tried this on a windows 98 se and it works fine now.
