OCX files are COM components which means that instead of looking on the
system path programs look for there location in the register. Luckily
there is a quick and easy way to put the info in the register using a
program called Regsvr32.exe which should be in the Windows system32
directory.

The easiest way to do this is to double click on the file and when the
system asks what you want to open the file with select Regsvr32, if you
check the always use this application box next time you click on a OCX file
it will automatically run the regsvr32 program.

When it has run you should get a msgbox come up confirming the OCX was
registered successfully.
