First xPLHal Manual

Hi all,
The first xPLHal quickstart manual is available at

The document explains how to install and configure the core of xPLHal.
It is a first draft, and I hate writing these things...
So if anyone can give me any feedback on whether it makes any sense, it
would be greatly appreciated.
