Hit a brick wall.
After spending ages finding/installing a version of rpm for cygwin,
When I try to install the first package for the rio stuff I get a problem
$ rpm -i cross-arm-lx_rio-2.2.14.rio-0.src.rpm
cannot create //usr/local/src/redhat/SOURCES: No such host or network path
(though it has created the full path)
The //usr/... is causing a problem?
If I try adding a --root option I get
/test//usr/....
Either the package is no good, or something else is going on.
That's that then, since I can't build the cross compiler. BUGGER.
