I believe the original .arf for this verison of rioplay is about 2240kb?
Since memory for listing all the tracks is not as much of an issue when
controlling via xpl (it only requests the relevant tracks from the server)
does anyone know of a small free to distribute text-to-speech engine for
linux (with source code)?
