xAPSwitchboard and Caller Photos

James,
running 1.2 (0.1.0.215) and I can't see how to get caller photos
working. I have added jpg to ...\xAP Switchboard\xAPIntranet folder but
nothing displaye din xAPSwitchboard. Also what keyword do I need to put
in ToSend.txt to include the picture in my messages?
