xap weather AdjSunrise & AdjSunset problem

AdjSunset doesn't seem to work well for me. my current time is about
15:30 in the states. xap weather sends this message when AdjSunrise
and AdjSunset are not set:
Time
{
time=15:41:59
sunset=01:32
tod=Night
sunrise=15:09
}
i set AdjSunrise=-8 (to get to 7:09 my time) and AdjSunset=16 (to get
to 17:32 my time) i end up getting this message:
Time
{
time=15:43:44
sunset=5:32:
tod=Night
sunrise=7:09:
}
is there a bug when the offset causes the sunrise/sunset to go beyond
12 hours?
