If you download some of the xAPlab apps in the netcomp area on mi4
http://www.mi4.biz/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=20
you will see that the Digital output simulations produce BSC infos at
regular intervals and bsc events when a change take place, even if
that change is generated locally
