I have a Quasar application (Windows) that fully supports BSC, I've
supplied it to a couple of people - if anyone wants a copy drop me an
email or ask here. It was based on the "BSC Skeleton Framework" 
code
but never quite finished/released as at it was awaiting the 'next'
bugfix version of Patricks OCX .  Looks like I shall have to rewrite it
(sometime) to James' OCX instead.
