Have you tried any of the Console mode applications? I'm wondering if
this is a GUI thing, in which case it might be the interface libraries
I'm using.

Give xAP Listener a go, which was the predecessor to Viewer, but
implemented as a simple console app.

Only thing is that this hasn't been updated with the latest build of
xFx for ages now. What I can do is either update this on the site or
send you over a freshly built version to see what happens.

At the moment I'm guessing the problem is on the GUI versions, but I'm
astonished you have the same problem on ALL your PCs!!
